Visiting this website

When you open this site, your browser sends technical data such as your IP address, the time and the page requested. Our web server needs this to deliver the page and to protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and we do not create user profiles.

Joining the waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the time you signed up and whether you confirmed it. We send you one email with a confirmation link (double opt-in). Only after you confirm will we email you – to tell you when Drumdeck launches. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with an email to support@drumdeck.app.

Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted automatically after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or until we close the waitlist.

Cookies

We only use cookies that are technically necessary: one that remembers the preview password while the site is not yet public, and one that keeps you signed in to the app. There are no tracking or marketing cookies.

Service providers

Hosting: IONOS (server located in the EU).
Domain, DNS and email forwarding: Cloudflare, Inc. Emails to support@drumdeck.app are forwarded through Cloudflare.
Sending emails: an email delivery provider sends the confirmation emails on our behalf.
We have data processing agreements with these providers. Where data may be transferred outside the EU, this is based on an EU adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses (Art. 44 et seq. GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to support@drumdeck.app. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus or the authority in your country.
